1. UM Club of Greater Lansing Annual Kickoff Reception

    Alumni Association of Greater LansingPlease join the UM Club of Greater Lansing for our annual Kickoff Reception! The event will take place on Wednesday, September 25th at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing.

    Doors open at 6:00 PM. Tickets are just $25 for adults ($30 at the door).

    Keynote speakers will include best-selling author John U. Bacon and UM Athletics Department Senior Advisor, Bruce Madej. John U. Bacon’s newest book, Overtime: Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines at the Crossroads of College Football, will be released on September 3rd.

    In addition to hearing from our fantastic line-up of speakers, dinner will be provided. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and silent-auction featuring Michigan memorabilia and other awesome prizes.

    On Saturday, May 4, 2019, UM Lansing Service Center Director, Dr. Veronica Wilkerson Johnson, participated in the 2019 UM Black Celebratory which celebrates the commonalities and differences that characterize the experiences of African/African American graduates at the University of Michigan. This event acknowledges the value and uniqueness of the African/African American community and commemorate the accomplishments of students that participate in Black Celebratory.
